Let’s call it out. There’s still a stigma around men-only groups.
Part of that is understandable. A lot of what we see in mainstream culture about groups of men isn’t exactly palatable. Men marching in the street claiming to ‘reclaim the UK’. Men beating each other up after a football match.
When we mention the words ‘men’s community’, a lot of people believe it must be something sinister. Those of you who have been around our incredible men, and have read our values, know it’s actually the opposite.
It's still strange, in 2026, for men to say out loud that they want more friendship with other men. It’s still strange to accept that seeking out male connection is beneficial to everyone. It’s still strange to admit to another man that you’re struggling.
And that's the stigma we’re trying to work against.
So we’re planning a couple of things to open up our community to everyone, to show the world what we’re building.
Firstly, we’ve got our end of Summer party on Sep 12, which is open to plus ones - partners, friends, colleagues.
We got rave reviews when we hosted the last one, if you haven’t yet signed up you can purchase tickets here: End of summer bash tickets
And in October, we’re going to partner with the incredible Lonely Girls Club to bring our two communities together, with a structured ‘Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus’ type discussion group, so we can all understand each other better.
We’ll be announcing this shortly - keep an eye out for our announcements as this will have limited capacity.

Matt
There’s a guy who’s constantly in our member DMs, in the most wholesome way possible. A guy who is constantly pushing us as founders to do better. A guy whose commitment to supporting other men is only beaten by his commitment to the mighty Arsenal.
His name is Matt Low.
Matt only came into S2S at the tail end of last year. We knew he was a good ‘un. But the past few months he’s become increasingly involved in the running of the community, helping us write applications for project funding, helping improve our new joiner processes, wading through different WhatsApp groups for coffee roulette, the list is endless.
Thanks for all you do for us Matt. I’m really privileged to call you a friend.
The first ever S2S Holiday
The first ever S2S overseas trip, to none other than Lisbon - the city of pastel de natas - is now live.
You can expect a banging itinerary including a modern hotel, guided tours, sunset yoga, sailing trips and delicious dinners at a very reasonable (maximum) price of £670.
